Overview

 

Gradalign is a comprehensive model of talent alignment, development, and integration for students, employers, and educators.  The Gradalign model is divided into four primary components, including: talent assessment, customized education, mentorship programs, and employer sponsored scholarships.  While these individual components are not unique to Gradalign, the manner in which we combine and execute them as one comprehensive model is.  It is this comprehensive model that makes Gradalign so different, valuable, and effective in closing the skills gap, improving onboarding, reducing turnover, and in simplifying the scholarship process.

The traditional education to employment model functions as two disconnected, silo-like systems; often resulting in a skills gap, lengthy/costly onboarding, high turnover, and an inefficient scholarship process. Recognizing the individual as the primary element connecting the systems of education and employment, Gradalign mitigates these undesirable effects by creating an intermediary system centered around the individual; thus ensuring an effective, efficient, and cohesive journey from education to employment for program participants.  Gradalign then uses scholarships and assessments as bidirectional feedback mechanisms to drive alignment, development, and integration for students, employers, and educators.

The 16pf® Questionnaire is utilized by Gradalign to help assess and build the perfect candidate for a given role.  Along with this assessment, and other industry practices, Gradalign is developing a proprietary algorithm to provide an enhanced "degree of fitness" between students and employers, and an index that is more predictive of a candidates successful performance.

Gradalign helps employers establish mentorship programs in the actual role that a candidate will ultimately fill.  We negotiate and monitor a meaningful set of key performance indicators to ensure candidates receive the appropriate training and support.  Mentorship is crucial in helping a candidates acclimate appropriately to their role responsibilities and the culture of a company.  We believe mentorship is one of the best ways companies can reduce the costs of onboarding and turnover.

One of the keys to closing the skills gap lies in the proper alignment and integration of education and industry.  To help facilitate this, Gradlign provides services in the establishment of employer sponsored scholarships.  These scholarships are also designed simplify the process and increase the availability of funding options for students. These scholarships are also used as a means of securing the investment of time and resources by both students and employers.
